New Orleans’ Cha Wa brings their funk-laced beats, bass-heavy sousaphone, brass band-meets-Mardi Gras Indian vibe to the Skirball Cultural Center. Do yourself a favor and catch the Grammy-nominated Cha Wa on 8/8/19! Yeah, you right!
The premier American festival dedicated to the life, legacy, and music of New Orleans' native son, Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong, Satchmo SummerFest takes place at the New Orleans Jazz Museum at the Mint on 8/2–4/2019. The 2019 festival lineup includes more than 30 acts, ranging from traditional jazz to swing, brass and marching bands, funk, R&B, jazz fusion, and more performing on two tented stages over three days. The nominal daily admission of $6 (children 12 and under are free) helps support local musicians and pay for the event. Don’t miss it!!

This is a culturally-based, outdoor event focused around music with an emphasis on Zydeco, Cajun, Blues, R&B, and Louisiana based Rock n' Roll and, of course, tons of Crawfish. Laissez le bons temps rouler (let the good times roll)!

Corey Ledet and His Zydeco Band brought the goods and delighted fans at the 30th Annual Simi Valley Cajun & Blues Music Festival. The annual event hosted by The Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise was a great success, bringing great music to Simi Valley, while also benefiting both Cajun heritage and the people in the area.
Dwayne Dopsie & The Zydeco Hellraisers bring the dance party into the crowd at the 30th Annual Simi Valley Cajun & Blues Music Festival on Saturday, May 25, 2019. This annual event is hosted by The Rotary Club of Simi Sunrise to benefit both Cajun heritage and the people of Simi Valley and surrounding areas.
